I cannot believe it has been 1 year since my first successful Kickstarter campaign! I'm excited to announce to those who may not be aware, that I am also celebrating the successful completion of my 2nd Kickstarter campaign which ended successfully yesterday to fund the production of the worlds first fashion forward collection of breastfeeding apparel for plus size women! 

Its been a quite a year and I'm excited to keep this momentum going.  I feel so much gratitude to every one of you who came out to support Leche Libre throughout our growth.  Leche Libre wouldn't exist without your help. Thank you!

HOME STRETCH!

I'm excited to announce we're finally in the home stretch of this Kickstarter production run!  The sweatshirts in all colors as well as the Little Black Breastfeeding Dresses are all done and shipped out and we're in process of making the zipper tunics!  The first round of size 10s came in last week and my manufacturer is busy finishing up the final dresses in the next few weeks.  As they come in, I will send them out.

I have been working so hard to keep things as timely as I can.  I've been talking to other Kickstarter aficionados who, say if you deliver at all, you're ahead of the game. Well, of course I was going to deliver!  With about 84% of Kickstarters delivering later then projected, my project actually delivered better then most other average projects in that I was able to deliver  50% of my orders on time and with 40% only a few weeks late.  I'm finishing up the last 10% of final orders right now.  

I have been sweating bullets to make sure you all have a good experience and I cannot tell you how amazing and beautiful you have all been.  I couldn't have asked for a more supportive community.  Its been a pleasure to work with you all and I cannot thank you enough for your generosity, your spirited support and your patience with the few hiccups.  

The next update will be the final one!  Until then, I'll keep working as hard as I can to finish up!  Cheers all!

Black Sweatshirts Are Coming In and Plum Are In Production!

Hey all.  Just a quick update as we're getting almost to the end of January!

All of the Little Black Breastfeeding Dresses are done and shipped out, unless you ordered an additional item which isn't done yet: black/plum sweatshirt or zipper tunic. 

The black sweatshirt are coming in and I've been shipping them out as they arrive. Medium, Large and XLarge are done. S and XS are being finished currently. Mediums went out last week and the Large and XL sweatshirts went out yesterday.  I expect the S and XS to arrive at my studio sometime next week.  

The Plum Sweatshirts are finally in production.  They just started cutting them yesterday and I'll give you an update on where we are at with them at the beginning of February. 

The Zipper tunics will begin production in February after the plum sweatshirts. I am thinking end of Feb, early March for these.  

Again, I'm so thankful to everyone for your support and your patience.  If you have a full collection and would like your completed items shipped to you now so you don't have to wait until March, just purchase my SHIP NOW ADD ON for only $6 addition (domestic).
